If you are looking for a Really Cool mountain home with a lot of room and great views, this is your place. FIRST, the amenities were great, with a nice kitchen, lots of TVs and good channels, internet was great, and a full clean laundry room.SECOND, there are three nice bedrooms. One standard sized bedroom with a full bathroom just outside the door. One master bedroom suite that was of ample size with its own full bathroom. And one entire ensuite bedroom with full bath, and entire sitting room with TV and Foosball.THIRD, This place is not new. Maybe 15 to 20 years old. But it looks Brand New, and was spotlessly clean. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and the care taken to keep the place up.FOUR and LASTLY, the Road to the home. There is a lot of talk about the road being bumpy and scary. Not So. BUT...If you go in the winter, Get a 4-Wheel Drive SUV. On the way up there are several switchbacks that are fairly easy to navigate, but don't be in a race. This actually makes the drive up quite beautiful.Spend a lot of time in Breckenridge. Great place to walk and eat and shop. Go to the Soup and Sandwich Restaurant next to the grocery store in Fairplay. You will not regret it! Then go to the General Store in Alma. Great Place to shop and a great history to be learned there of the town.We enjoyed ourselves very much and we wish to tell you that this is a real treasure!

The place is amezing pictures don't do it justice. Check-in was smooth property manager was very helpful and reachable. The owner of the property was also amazing and helpful; they thought of everything, so your stay is nice and comfortable. You have to get yourself prepared for staying on the mountain, unpaved roads, and elevation.

Honestly couldn’t of asked for a better stay. Tons of hiking and things to enjoy within the region! Great food and people in Breck and FairPlay/South Park. I enjoyed the layout of the home and for some reason I thought the master was on the bottom level with the rest of the rooms but to my surprise it was on the main level which was perfect! Cozy little fireplace which we enjoyed all week and fully stocked to our cooking needs. Even had a wine bottle stopped which I had neglected to think about . Highly recommend! We loved it!
