The apartment Oleandro A is located in a beautiful, green, small residence in the hills in front of the village Toscolano-Maderno with a grandiose, wide view over Lake Garda and the mountains. The area surrounding the residence is characterized by rural tranquility and is suitable for those looking for peace and quiet who want to spend a relaxing time by the pool, at the lake or on the terrace, as well as for active vacationers. The residence has a communal pool and tennis court in an exposed location.
The apartment is very suitable for 2-3 people. It has a separate, sun-protected bedroom on the hillside with a double bed of 160 cm wide, a small bathroom with window, toilet, bidet and shower and a cozy living-dining room with kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped (4 fireplaces, oven, dishwasher). In the living room there is a dining table with 4 seats, a comfortable couch that can also be used as a sofa bed and a TV. On the terrace of the apartment you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the lake and mountains. It is equipped with a terrace table, a bench and 2 chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers and a grill.
The residence can be reached in 10 minutes by car from Toscolano-Maderno. There is a harbor, restaurants, a beautiful 2.5 km long promenade and beautiful meadows and pebble beaches on the crystal-clear lake. Hikers and cyclists will find a variety of beautiful tours at the residence, including very beautiful hiking trails to Toscolano-Maderno (duration approx. 30 min, 200 m ascent). In the suburbs Gaino and Cecina, in about 10-15 minutes on foot, there are restaurants and a rustic farm restaurant with regional cuisine and riding school.
Upon request, bed linen can be booked for € 8.00 per person and stay and towels for € 5.00 per person and stay. Pets are allowed for € 20.00 per stay. If desired, laundry can be handed in once a week for washing for € 10.00. The administrator (German, Italian) is available on site for questions.
