About this house rental
Casa Melograno is located inside the Villa Aurora residence and consists of two bedrooms, kitchen with a double sofa bed, bathroom and patio overlooking the sea. Equipped with air conditioning / heating, free parking and access to the swimming pool of over 16 meters. We are located about 15 minutes by car from the splendid bay of Trentova in Agropoli and 20 minutes from the magnificent beaches of Santa Maria and San Marco di Castellabate on the Cilento coast.
Immersed in the lush nature of the Cilento National Park and with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Agropoli with the horizon over Capri and the Amalfi Coast.
The location is ideal for those who want to spend a peaceful holiday in the countryside, without giving up the pleasure of the sea, nature walks and visits to the most interesting places in Cilento.
The swimming pool is accessible from 9:00 to 19:30, the use of swimming caps is mandatory.
Electricity is paid by the guest according to consumption with click counter.
The price includes: bed linen and towels.
To be paid locally:
final cleaning EUR 60.00;
electricity according to consumption EUR 0.40 / kWh.
Upon arrival a deposit of 100 euros is required. The deposit is returned on departure, less any extra costs or accidental damage caused to the property.
