Overlooking St-Leu, this 90m2 apartment, part of a large architect's villa, will offer you a breathtaking view from Pointe au Sel to the Hermitage. You are ideally located to enjoy an ideal climate all year round.
Modern architecture includes a bioclimatic design for comfort while respecting the environment.
You can enjoy several beaches within 10 minutes or prefer the large swimming pool. Visit the Mascarins Conservatory located a few minutes above to discover the island's botanical heritage, quickly reach the take-off area for paragliders or go on an adventure and discover the jewels of the island in joining the tamarin main road located only 3 minutes away.
The 2 apartments are new, very well equipped and tastefully furnished with quality materials.
You will particularly appreciate the kitchen. Designed to spend convivial moments with your family or friends around the countertop. With its large central island, you can cook, drink or eat while enjoying an unforgettable landscape, by day with the sails of the paragliders flying quietly in the sky and in the evening with the most beautiful sunsets in the world.
The kitchen opens completely onto a large veranda which can be closed easily with louvered shutters to control the atmosphere as you wish. The veranda is equipped with an outdoor lounge and a dining table.
In the living room, a comfortable convertible sofa will allow you to rest while watching a movie or indulging in reading or "meditation" under the fan.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, large windows and air fans.

Logement magnifique, très bien équipé avec une superbe vue! Piscine très agréable. On y reviendrait avec grand plaisir et plus longtemps.
