updated, clean, two bathrooms, quiet, secure, great location, well furnished and tastefully decorated, great rent for a place like this in the Marais
The major downside was the logistics of getting the key from 44 rue de rivoli. Being told that this was the procedure 24 hours before check in was inconvenient as we were already traveling and had to scramble to make plans. Walking or storing bags would have made this procedure even more burdensome! this inconvenience would weigh heavily and be the major consideration to my returning or recommending this apartment to others. I hope you rethink this procedure and respond if any changes are made.

The location was great, the apartment was nicely decorated & was very clean. It was easy to connect to the host to pick up the keys.
Only having 1 set of keys for a 2-bedroom apartment means you have to do some coordinating about who's coming home when!
