Stamatiou Estate

Anastasia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, close to Palaio Klima and Neo Klima, and only a short drive from Glossa. Just down the stairs, there is a lovely pebble beach with crystal-clear waters. We visited it several times and also enjoyed using the complimentary sunbeds and canoes. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and impeccably maintained. Housekeeping was provided daily, which we greatly appreciated. One of the highlights was the amazing veranda, where we enjoyed breakfast every morning while taking in the beautiful surroundings. We were also delighted to receive homemade marmalade and honey produced by the hosts, which was a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special.

The property exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just a 2-minute walk away. We especially appreciated the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and the kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed. The host also provided beach towels, which was a thoughtful and very useful touch. The estate itself is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to assist and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations throughout our stay.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was well maintained and matched the description. If we had to mention something, it would only be that we wished we could have stayed longer.

clean, beautiful view, friendly and helpful host

our room and especially the bathroom were very small. the advertised image and view are only accessible to the other larger unit which has an outside table and deck chairs. the smaller studios have a less direct view and only a very small patio. the property is in quite a remote area of the island, it is necessary to hire a car/scooter to get around.
