Mati Apartments are traditional cave houses and rebuild at 2018 at the old village of karterados....
Everything new in the houses,
comfortably mattress coco mat ,traditional styles baths,public rooftop for relaxing,
There is near supermarket, restaurants,bus stop,beach,Fira center,you can find everything around you, good location and very quite area the best way to relax when u want...:))

Although we stayed only one night, the host was very welcoming and helpful. The apartament (cave-style) was clean and well-equipped. 10 minutes walk to the nearest taverna and shops

The property looks as per the photos but the kitchen is severely lacking in kitchen essentials and required cutlery/dishes.
While we did expect to have to walk to the main town of Fira (30 minutes slightly uphill), other parts of the ad are misleading. There is no hot tub, no beach towels, and there is no view nor is it close to the beach.
