If there are complaints from neighbors or involvement of local authorities, tenants will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund. The security deposit will be retained. Check-in & Additional Fees:

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For late check-ins on the day of your arrival:

Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: Additional €30 fee.
After 10:00 PM: Additional €50 fee.
No check-ins are allowed after 11:00 PM.

Final cleaning is included. We kindly ask that you leave the apartment tidy, with dishes washed and garbage disposed of. Thank you
