A lovingly designed and furnished property ideal for couples and small families to enjoy a cosy break away together.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer, French Doors Leading To Patio
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner incldued. Welcome pack and doggy extras.. Enclsoed patio with garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. With the cottage situated just a short drive from Bodnant Gardens, renowned for its laburnum arch, why not visit this beautiful spot for a picnic or leisurely walk? Alternatively, spend the day at Gwrych Castle and Gardens, discovering its ancient history and enjoying its picturesque surroundings.
After a busy day spent out and about, return back to the cottage and its roaring wood burner, set within a stunning stone fireplace, and enjoy the warmth with a nice tea, coffee or even a glass of wine.
