About this apartment rental
Located on the very sought after Marine Parade, this 4th Level unit is in a secure building with lift access and an expansive view over The Entrance channel, beach as well as Norah Head Lighthouse.
With 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath seperate, toilet, freshly painted throughout and recently renovated kitchen, this unit is set up for easy living and the perfect getaway for the family holiday or with friends.
The self-contained kitchen features an electric cooktop, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Dvd/Blue-Ray Player, Free NBN Broadband/WiFi with ample storage space.
The lounge room and dining room boast amazing views as you sit and relax and enjoy dinner or a game of cards.
All windows have flyscreens for your added convenience.
With just a walk to the patrolled beach and The Entrance Ocean pools you won't be short of a choice for swimming or relaxing with a book.
The balcony area overlooks the beautiful waterfront for that relaxing night in or an early morning cuppa listening to the waves.
Lay in bed at night with the window open for the cool breeze and listen to the waves crashing onto the sand.
Take a short drive or park the car and take a stroll into The Entrance town centre along the water's edge and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer:
Cafes, restaurants, Daily pelican feeding (at 3:30pm) boat and canoe hire, shopping centre and more.(please note street parking only)
Only a short walk to The Entrance pools, (patrolled) The Entrance Beach (patrolled) and The Entrance Estuary, or a short drive to many of our Central Coast beautiful beaches such as Toowoon Bay Beach (patrolled), Shelly Beach (patrolled), Blue Bay Beach and many more; you won't be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or relaxing place to lay and read your book.
For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta shores or Shelly Beach golf Club.
For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest. Alternatively, take a drive over to Norah Head Lighthouse and enjoy the 360-degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony.
Please Note; the Tasman Towers Apartment has a no pet policy and smoking is strictly prohibited within the complex and apartment. The hot water system, as of November 2020, has been upgraded to a 125L system.

This unit was comfortable and very close to the beach, literally only walking across the road.
Vacuuming could have been more thorough as a few hairs found on floor throughout which was noticeable with small children staying with us.
A shame windows couldn’t be opened more than a tiny bit we really missed out on sea breeze and air con wouldn’t have reached all bedrooms.
Had trouble with door to main bed getting locked in from inside but just didn’t close.
Also a shame although there was a garage that we couldn’t use it as parking close by was tough with most spots taken.
