Para a cozinha ser mais completa falta somente um microondas e um liquidificador, utensílios básicos que fazem falta.
O filtro de água começou a gotejar no segundo dia, a solução da locatária foi retirá-lo ao invés de arrumar o vazamento, o que me deixaria sem água no apartamento, forçando a compra. Não aceitei a solução e o filtro ficou lá gotejando todos os dias com um balde embaixo para não inundar a cozinha, o que aconteceu do mesmo jeito, já que o balde enchia muito rápido.
Tirando isso o apartamento é ótimo e cumpre o que promete, nada luxuoso, mas bem confortável e funcional, só sendo deficiente dos utensílios citados.
