Location good
I paid extra for a high floor. There was no hot water available on the high floors as confirmed by the cleaning staff. my family made-do with cold showers that were very low pressure. I also felt a little claustrophobic in the room. Very squeezed in feeling with no study desk. No room to move which would be okay for singles/couples but not for travellers with children.
There was also no view at all, just the side of a concrete building some 3 metres from our bedroom window and shower window, and we had to keep the blinds drawn for privacy so the room felt like we were living in a basement.
