A really comfortable stay provided by an exceptional host

Monica was very friendly, tolerant and helpful. The house was absolutely spotless and well equipped. Monica met me on my arrival, and explained anything I needed (which seems to be rarer than ever). I have stayed in Tirano before but this was the best stay yet. Thanks Monica.

Super clean large apartment that was a 5 minute walk to town.

The owner was super nice & very accommodating! The apartment was clean, well appointed & only minutes from the train station & access to the town. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and very nice accommodations prior to riding Bernina Express.

Monica waited for us and let us into the property. Even though she didn’t speak English she was able to communicate with us. She gave us dining recommendations and location of the closest grocery store which was closing in 15 minutes. The apartment was spacious for our family of 5 adults. Highly recommend, especially if spending the night prior to riding the Bernina Express train.

Feel welcomed, Stay relaxed

Travelled with aunt and a teenager from Japan to be on the Bernina express, stayed for 2 nights. (1) Host: Monica was so nice. From check in, fixing the washing machine, check out, she was very flexible and always with extra hospitality and energy, it was great. She spoke Italian and we spoke English, but she had her little translation tool to make the conversation absolutely smoothe. (2) Location: Just 4 mins walk to the station, and easy to access both the old center and Maddona di Tirano which is a beautiful church. Monica has a bar downstairs from 7am-7pm, and it was great to go and have some coffee and bread. (3) Equipment: Shower, bath, bed, sofa, TV, kitchen... everything was very clean and comfortable, we had one of the relaxing and convenient experiences during our 8 days trip around Swziterland.

Good location.

this would probably be a good place but when I arrived the place was going through some outside renovations. The shutters and windows were closed and not to be opened so it was stuffy and dark in the hot weather. Was not good for me or my kids for our only night in Italy travelling from Switzerland.

location is good

The Air conditioners were not working due to some construction activity in the same building. Also smell of paints were very annoying. This could have been mentioned in the advertisement. Age old parents and kids suffered due to lack of air flow, no air conditioner or fan as it was very hot inside the rooms. Also house owner dont speak English, which was very difficult for us to communicate with her.

C’était proche de la gare, des restaurants, cafenea , supermarché. Un appartement très spacieux, bien équipé et entretenu, d’une propreté remarquable. La hôte très sympathique et agréable, bien attentionnée et de super humeur. Nous avons adoré.
