Casa spaziosa, comoda per 10 persone e anche più, dotazione completa, posizione centrale nel paesino di Stenico e comunque tranquilla. Pulizia ottima. Ampio spazio per parcheggiare comodamente le auto. Proprietario preciso, disponibile e comunicativo.
La casa ha i suoi anni e beneficerebbe di un po' di manutenzione spicciola: qualche porta che cigola o non resta aperta, un listello del parquet che si alza, uno scuro che si incastra nel vano finestra. Sono comunque piccolezze che non inficiano il godimento dell'abitazione.

We were absolutely thrilled. Especially the communication with Lucas and his willingness was exceptional. He helped us with everything and provided valuable advice and recommendations himself. The rooms are spacious and clean, the common area with a fireplace is great for a larger group of friends. There is a beautiful view from the terrace. Stenico is a wonderful old village with a beautiful castle. I highly recommend and would love to go back.
