Only nice if you are with dog on ground level.

Location was clean, good decorated, good maintained. No complains on house itself. Free airco, nice quiet area near water and small town at walking distance.

The discription of house in booking was NOT correct, there is mentioned full accomodation is on ground floor. Discription is read you DO have ground floor level. On location we found out we had ONLY upper level. (I can live with one level as house seems to have 2 appartments in building with is not clearly stated in description, but really big enough. )in my mind living down, bedrooms up, but everything was upper level) The complaint is description does not meet reality, especially with old heavy dog (34kg) which can not walk downstairs herself. (Yes, booked and verified with dog) Reception (not on location!!) did not give other room, made complaint at booking.com as well as location did not supply what was in discription. Advise to ALL BOOKERS WITH DOGS: verify you do have ground floor!! Then you can enjoy your time here, instead of ruining it with a broke back on carrying dog on the stairs. Reception speaks bad english.

5 days - family holiday at Wiek

Great location, right next to a Surffing Camp. The apt. was very specious, separate bedrooms for parents and for kids. A/C climatization.

For bed sheets and towels you have to pay extra. I don't really like this system where you have to pay extra for bed sheets and towels. At 700€ you'd expect the towels to be included, I only found out after the credit card was charged.

It was pretty good!

Nice location for kiting

Very few equipment in the kitchen, just few plates, just one (and unusable) knife. Dishwasher has no application, because you have to clean all kitchen equipment immediately. No microvawe in the kitchen?! Also lots of spiders, especially they had some base on one of the chairs, there was rawly 100 mini spiders and they made nets all over the place every night :)

good apartment but lacks basic amenities

new building with access card . easy check in process. I liked the rooms , enough space for a family of 4.

asked is to bring our own bed linens and towels. these things are not mentioned in the listing . I booked the apartment on a shot notice . I got email about this while I was on the way. they will provide bed lines and towels if we pay €100 for 2 days. ( for 3 adults and a child ) mentioned the apartment/ house is air conditioned. but the air condition is only available in the hallway. not useful in bed rooms . they just had one pod for dishwasher we had to get extra pods . no basic things like salt, pepper , coffee pods/powder etc. which I would expect when we pay a decent amount for the stay . I saw the photos of the ground floor apartment . but I got the first floor.

think twice, if you don’t speak german.

clean, well sized rooms and modern unit. close to wind surfing school.

unit in photos is ground floor. original room assigned was on second floor. after a new unit was assigned we had to phone multiple times as there was no key left for us, then unit had no running water and we found no linen. read the fine print. no sheets or towels. linen they tried to rent to us for 60 euros extra, had dried out squashed spider between towels. refused linen. purchased own at local store. I’ll donate to charity after the stay. not friendly, language is a huge problem and probably led to problems.

Saw a lot of the countryside (biking) and did some kiting. Good trip.

Excellent location, on the edge of the village, 50m from the kite spot, large parking, quiet, 10min walk to cafes in the port. Very clean and well furnished apartment.

Maybe I missed it at the time of booking but we had to ask separately for towels, sheets and bedclothes - these were supplied by the owner at short notice (called them 2 house before arrival). This information should perhaps be more visible. If you are staying longer/plan on cooking in the apartment then you will need to buy your own dishwasher capsules (one was available "for starters").

Proximity to the water, bicycle path, windsurfing school and small harbour. Easy parking. Possibility of BBQ. Great Sunset over the "Bodden". Fish restaurant further North along the bike path. Great room for children. Even internet working (after two days).

A lot of mosquitos (order 50) inside the apartment upon arrival.

Die Häuser sind ganz neu, sauber und liegen direkt am Wasser.

Die Häuser waren kaum vorgeheizt. Das Heizsystem ist nirgendwo erklärt, wir haben den ersten Tag gefroren. Kein Stöpsel für die Spüle. Personal hat Bettwäsche vergessen.

War alles zufriedenstellend,gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist top !!! Sehr ruhig gelegen. Hafen in der Nähe. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden. Brötchen Service über WhatsApp möglich.

Leider konnten wir dort bloß 2 Nächte verbringen und hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine gut eingerichtete Küche. Die Lage mit Nähe zum Bodden ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Wie immer ist die Dusche ( Regenwald ) perfekt nach dem Bad in der Ostsee!

Schone en nieuwe locatie, onze hond mocht ook mee. Bovenste appartement heeft zicht op water en surfers.

Es ist definitiv eine Reise wert.

Das unkomplizierte einchecken und auschecken, die schöne Lage und der Platz in den Wohnungen. Super netter Brötchenservice und leckere Brötchen.

Die Parkplatzsituation haben wir auch Fotos für sie. Als Anmerkung vielleicht wäre es besser Markierungen zu machen da doch einige so ungünstig geparkt haben das andere überhaupt keinen Platz mehr hatten. An den Schlafzimmern wären Fliegengitter sehr schön gewesen und das ist natürlich jetzt nicht gemeckert die wahnsinnig vielen Spinnen an den Häusern wären schön wenn die regelmäßig abgekehrt würden. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Schöner Familienurlaub (mit Fliegengitter wäre er perfekt gewesen)

Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig am Bodden. In der Wohnung haben locker vier Personen Platz. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Das Badezimmer (Handseife vorhanden) ist sehr groß und hat eine schöne große Dusche. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten, Stauraum in den Schränken vorhanden, minimalistisch eingerichtet (bzw. kaum Deko und keine Staubfänger - wirkt dadurch sehr ordentlich). Die Küche hat eine kleine Grundausstattung, was für die Zubereitung für ein einfaches Essen reicht. Eine Käsereibe und Topflappen waren nicht vorhanden. Ein Spülmittel, ein Aufwaschlappen mit Schwamm sowie Geschirrhandtuch waren vorhanden.

Wie schon sehr viele Besucher erwähnt, gibt es leider sehr viele Mücken und Spinnen und leider sind an den Fenstern keine Fliegengitter befestigt. An der Dunstabzugshaube seilte sich auch eine Spinne ab, was bei der Zubereitung von Speisen nicht appetitlich wirkt. Wir wurden am Abreisetag in den frühen Morgenstunden am Auto regelrecht von Mücken attackiert. Somit war lüften unmöglich, weil man selbst zum Opfer wird und die Wände viele kleine Tatorte aufweisen würde. Die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht laufen zu lassen, fanden wir dann doch zu laut und auch Energieverschwendung.

Super lokalizacja jeśli chodzi o zatokę, mega plus za prywatną plażę gdzie można wodować sprzęt. Bardzo ładny apartament, nowoczesny, przestronny, fajne otoczenie z dostępem do grilla który był codziennie sprzątany.

Przeeeoooogromna ilość pająków i muszek!!!I Nie pajączków -ale ogromnych czarnych pająków. Pomimo zamkniętych okien i tak się pojawiały. Dzieci się bardzo bały- szkoda że nie było odkurzacza bo nie wiedzieliśmy jak się ich pozbyć. Przy takiej ilosci insektów w otoczeniu przydałyby się moskitiery w oknach, bo przy zamkniętych oknach latem nie da się siedzieć a klimatyzacja bardzo słabo działała. Brak kontaktu z recepcją- przez 4 dni wysyłania maili i informacji przez booking nie otrzymywałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Jak w końcu zadzwoniłam- nikt nie mówił po angielsku. Brak informacji jak pobrać karty do drzwi a potem jak je zwrócić.

Durch das fehlende WLAN… eine Enttäuschung.

Lage

Trotz unseres Hinweis das vereinbarte WLAN zur Verfügung zu stellen, da wir online dienstlich tätig und erreichbar sein müssen, wurde das WLAN uns nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Dadurch haben wir nun große Probleme - somit war das keine Erholung-Urlaub für uns.

Nette Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Wasser.

Wir waren als Familie da mit einem Kind und Hund. Die Lage ist ganz nett mit Blick auf den Bodden. Wirklich Strand gibt es nicht. Das WLAN funktioniert überhaupt nicht und wir waren die einzigen in der Anlage. Einrichtung war ok. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Es war schön ruhig. Waren aber auch im Februar da.

Das das WLAN garnicht funktionierte hat ein wenig genervt.

Familienurlaub wie im Bilderbuch

Die Anlage war sauber und ordentlich gepflegt, die Lage an sich ideal für viele Ausflüge und Unternehmungen, super nettes Personal, bei Anliegen wurde sofort geholfen, die Ferienwohnung ist schön schlicht modern eingerichtet, mit Hund und 2 Kids ideale Größe der Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Die Lage, die moderne Einrichtung, das bequeme Bett und der freundliche hilfsbereite Kontakt zum Vermieter. Es ist alles da, um sich wohl zu fühlen und zu entspannen.

Es gäbe ein paar Kleinigkeiten, um den Aufenthalt noch perfekter zu gestalten. Staubsauger, W-Lan, bequemere Kissen, Fliegengitter&Verdunkelungsrollos. Einige öffentliche-rechtliche Sender werden nicht empfangen. Aber insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt wunderbar und die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.
