The First Floor 1800 square foot space provides a Great Room perfect for entertaining and stretching out. Set right off the Savannah Square you have a blend of retail and residential neighborhoods nearby for comfortable walks. Four Bedrooms offer space for family members to have privacy while sharing a large common living space. Known to locals as the "Reporter Building" this was built in 1892 to house the newspaper printing press and was converted to living quarters in the last 20 years.

This was a prefect place and location for our short stay. We absolutely loved the property and the history of Savannah House. Our family was very pleased with the house, rooms (which were very clean), and walking distance to local shops and restaurants. I recommend this place on your list to stay. Thank you

Host was great with communication, property exactly as pictures with ample space for 5 girlfriends to gather. Plenty of bedrooms and extra cots to have our private sleeping spaces. Quiet and well appointed with games and music options. Air worked great to keep us comfortable on a hot weekend. Small kitchenette and coffee bar were great to have there and host even ran out to us some breakfast items. It was an amazing find.
