• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean (guest expense)
• Routine property maintenance (trash, yard, etc.) may occur during your stay
•Accessing the unit requires climbing steep stairs from the parking lot, and the unit is located on the third floor.
•No air conditioning, but the home remains comfortable with natural breezes and fans are always available.
•As we’re in bear country, please help keep everyone safe: don’t leave food or trash outside, and always supervise children when outdoors.
•Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
•Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
•Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.
•Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery
•We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

I booked this ABnB for my officiant and his family. He, his wife and their 3 kids (14yo son and 12yo twins). Walking up to the unit… the hallway looks a bit rough… but the inside was immaculate. And GREAT for kids. They have an arcade console that kept the kids entertained and occupied. The location was AMAZING. Close walking distance to downtown as well as several trails… and with it being well off the downtown strip it was QUIET!!! Surprise moose visitor one day kept people both inside and outside of the building… she was just grazing on the landscaping stairs. 10/10 stay.

This condo was amazing. Beautiful views from every window, clean and spacious. The other reviews are right about stairs. There are almost 2 staircases outside to get from the parking area to the front door, then the unit is essentially on the third floor. We would definitely stay here again!

This is on the 3rd floor of a building with three flights of stairs to get up to the building, then three flights up stairwell to get to condo. Description says “contains stairs”. Could have been more transparent.Asked to drop off gear an hour early to make room for daughter in car and didn’t respond.

Wonderful home with a great cozy feel that makes you feel very welcome. This three bedroom though not big feels very spacious for the number of people it can hold. You can tell the owners care about there home and guest and when I had to contact the owner/property management I got fast responces.
