Everything you could want
Key pick up should be from the apartment location. When you have just arrived you do not want to go out if your way to collect the keys. Why cant they be left in key safe box on complex?

Todo, El apartamento, el lago, las piscinas, todo en general.
La hora de salida, que considero que las 10:00 de la mañana es muy temprano para un niño pequeño.
