About this house rental
The Domaine de La Bourdette is made up of two bodies of buildings joined together and beautifully renovated. The house is very spacious, offering beautiful rooms with generous areas.
Located in the land of cocagne, in the beautiful pastel region, in the southwest of France, it is rich in this colorful history of the Cathars and the Crusaders, and surrounded by charming villages, some of which are perched and fortified. Located in a triangle of Toulouse, Albi, Castres, the region presents great possibilities for tourism or simple strolls or shopping.
The two-hectare outdoor spaces offer varied landscapes and many possibilities, as you wish: meadows, orchard, forests and panoramic views. Lots of things to do around, hikes (Roman road) horse (500m), swimming in the pool or lake a few tens of kilometers, historical visits, country market ...
With regard to catering and preparation in the kitchen, the house is professionally / family friendly: the kitchen-kitchen on one side, and adjoining separated by a bar, traditional cuisine.
The equipment available allows catering for a dozen people.
Large tables inside and outside, outdoor seating area for drinks, and bar on the terrace, barbecue, comfortable lounge chairs.

Cathy et Olivier nous ont reçus chaleureusement dans une maison décorée avec gout et soin par ces 2 artistes. La maison est très confortable et a un charme fou. La terrasse et le terrain sont magnifiques. Très bel environnement et quelles vues ! Nous avons profité des deux grandes cheminées dont une dans laquelle on peut s’asseoir à l’intérieur. Nous étions nombreux mais c’est très grand et donc pas de souci de place. Comme c’est près de Toulouse et d’Albi, nous comptons revenir plus longtemps et organiser des visites… qui se termineront dans la piscine (je n’avais jamais vu une aussi grande piscine dans une maison individuelle). Et les œufs à la coque des poules du jardin sont délicieux ;-) Je recommande et je reviendrai.
