Villa Millianna is an exclusive self-catering ground-floor apartment in a two-floor building, featuring a shared pool and BBQ. It offers fantastic sea views and is ideal not only for a romantic getaway but also for family holidays. The villa accommodates up to 4 -5 people, especially if it's a child using the spacious sofa if needed.
It is ideally situated less than 10 minutes away from the airport ( 0 noise from the planes ) and also roughly 10 minutes away from Argostoli, the capital city of Kefalonia.
It is furnished with high standards and offers quality aesthetics.
This apartment has an indoor dining area for 4 people and also an alfresco dining area for 6 people on the balcony overlooking the pool. The private pool and BBQ area is shared with the apartment above.
There is an iron/ironing board, washer and dishwasher along with microwave in the villa.
Villa Millianna is nestled in the picturesque village of Kalligata, a charming spot that offers the perfect mix of tranquility and traditional Ionian atmosphere. A focal point of the area is Marina's Bar, located in the center of Kourkoumalata. The surroundings are filled with fruit and olive trees, adding to the authentic Ionian charm. As you explore, you’ll notice the vast vineyards, as this area was once home to the famous Calliga Winery, known for its Robola wines. You will also see the white church used by both locals and holidaymakers, as well as a children's play area nearby—perfect for families with younger children.
Just a 15-minute walk away is Avithos Beach, offering stunning views of Zakynthos and Dhias. Here, you can enjoy refreshments at two lovely bar/restaurants. The owner of the 'Preview' bar is proud of his homemade wine, and you’ll likely find a bottle or two in the villa for you to sample. Additionally, there is internet access available should you wish to check emails or stay connected.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Millianna in Kalligata, Kefalonia. The whole property set up worked fantastically for us as a family and being 10 minutes from the airport was great. It's well equipped, with stunning sea views and a fabulous pool. It is slightly remote but that actually worked quite nicely for us. In my opinion hiring a car is a must because there is so much beauty to see on the island. Niki is a super host and was great at commicating all the details and responded to any questions we needed answering very promptly both before our holiday and while we were there. I highly recommend Niki, her property and the beautiful island of Kefalonia.

Wonderful stay at Villa Millianna. Niki was a fantastic host. Would recommend the villa for exploring the Island. A car is recommended to get the most of staying here.

This is the 2nd time of staying here and it was like coming home!
It was lovely to meet Nikki who was on hand easily over txt for any questions.
The apartment is clean, well stocked and just so lovely! A car is a must by the way!!
We will absolutely be back again!

We have just returned from a 1 week stay at the beautiful Villa Millianna with our 3 children age 10, 6 and 2. This villa has everything you could ask for in a holiday with all the home comforts you could think of provided. The owners Vincent and Denise were amazing hosts - they met us at the airport, entertained the kids while hire car was being sorted (Denise taught the kids some basic Greek phrases), took us to the villa and even took my husband on a tour of the local area to ensure we knew how to get to the local beach etc.... The villa itself was immaculate on arrival. Very nicely furnished, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Within minutes of arriving the kids were in the pool and spent many an hour in it thereafter! When we managed to drag them away from the pool we enjoyed afternoons at the local Avithos beach and went slightly further afield to visit the Mellisani Cave lake and also Antisamos bay which was a great spot for snorkeling. We spent most evenings with a glass of the local Robola wine in hand and made use of the poolside bbq. We did venture out one evening to the local Avithos Taverna where we enjoyed a lovely meal in the Company of the local cats which the kids thought was great! We look forward to returning to this beautiful island in the future.
