Modern open plan spacious penthouses in historic Jerusalem . terrace from floor to ceiling to give you the best views of Jerusalem and the city lights. Coffee shops, museums, theatre within walking distance. Separate scullery/ laundry & full open plan kitchen .24 hour security and indoor parking included.
The Space:
This quiet, sunny, spacious and well equipped apartment, is located in the city center and ideal to spend a good holiday
The apartment is about 60 m2.
It has a large living room, with comfortable corner sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and will provide you with everything you need: fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and saucepan.
(Koumkoum, shabat plata and kosher dishes on request),
The dining room table can accommodate 5 people.
The room has a comfortable double bed (Queen) as well as a large wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a normal-sized bath and a toilet.
The apartment also has an additional toilet with a sink when you are looking for more privacy.
(The apartment contains 2 WC)
(Sukka in the terrace of the building for the feasts of soukkot)
Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board
The air conditioning / heating are present in each room
If you need a cot, do not hesitate to notify me before your stay
The accommodation is located in a luxury residence "Haneviim court" which includes a secure lobby and lobby in the same complex as the hotel "Leonardo Boutique" which will open its doors at the end of 2017

A restaurant serving fabulous meals with the chef, lounges for business people, its own cafe and a variety of spa treatments.

4 Lifts (during Shabat 2 operate in Shabat mode)
The building is secured with a porter service 24 hours a day.
We will provide shampoo, soap, sheets, towel and of course WIFI.

The apartment is fully accessible by you only for the entire stay. Parking is available for you
The Neighborhood:
The location, so central and the modernity and chic of the flat makes it very unique. A parking, almost impossible to get in the area of the city, is at your disposable for your entire stay.
Getting Around:
The apartment is located 50 meters from the tram station "Jaffa Center" which takes you in 7 minutes to the bus station or other neighborhood or sites of Jerusalem as Yad Vashem ex ..
Interaction with Guests:
I remain always available for my guests except on Shabat day

The location is TOPS and we enjoyed our stay. The office was not always on a schedule to provide address some of our concerns. One example was the Breahers went out when we tried to use the Coffee maker, when we finally were able to speak with someone the remedy was the removal of the coffee maker with No Replacement.
