Come enjoy the beauty, comfort and spaciousness of our Southwest Cape Coral home. This 2300 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house has high ceilings, modern appliances, 1 GB wireless internet, six ceiling fans, five smart TV’s and so much more!
Access the lanai/pool area from three separate parts of the house to lounge or swim any time of the day or night. Sizzle those steaks on the grill while listening to music and having a glass of wine with some cheese. Whether you are here for a short stay or three months, you will feel right at home in paradise!
Walk through any of the sliders onto the beautiful patio/lanai area. Lounge on the sectional, have the fire pit glowing, enjoy a meal at the table, or jump into the salt water heated pool!! This area has everything including a pool bath, so no one has to run through the house dripping wet!
The master bedroom features a king size bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, dresser, chair, smart TV, full length mirror, and double sliders to lanai/patio. The perfect way to end a midnight swim by walking right into your bedroom!
The master bath is a beautifully updated large area that features a granite countertop with double sinks, walk-in shower, deep bath tub, large walk-in closet, linen closet, plus a private room for the stool and bidet.
The Funky Florida bedroom features a king size bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, smart TV, dresser, chair, closet and bright colored fun décor. You can’t help but be cheery in this room!
The Mermaid bedroom features a queen size bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, smart TV, dresser, chair, large closet and décor that has you yearning for the ocean.
The second bath has a large granite vanity, walk-in shower, and plenty of guest storage drawers. Linen closet located in the hallway.
The Palm Room is the perfect sitting area to relax, read, visit or plan your excursions!
The Pub Room is the entertainment area. It features a granite top bar with 2 stools, pub table with 4 chairs, smart TV and a double slider that opens to the patio/lanai. So easy to slip in from the pool and refresh that drink! Turn the TV to face the patio, so you don’t miss a show or game.
The Kitchen/Family Room boasts an open area concept that creates the hub of the home! The spacious gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, bar height table that seats 8, counter height breakfast bar with 4 stools, triple sliders that open the kitchen to the patio/lanai for complete entertaining.
The family room is an inviting area with a leather sectional and a 55” smart TV for you to unwind, relax and watch a movie together.

This is a great house. We did have a few maintenance issues this year with freezer/ice maker and the microwave broke. We did get a replacement microwave.

Another great stay at this wonderful vacation home in Cape Coral. The owner and property manager are very great people who are very nice to work with. Also this home is very nicely decorated and has a great touch as Kelly has done a fantastic job of making great Quilts for use at this amazing home. Will always try to book this home anytime we are heading to the Cape as we just love this location. The owners Kevin & Kelly Black are just super people, highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a very memorable vacation in one of the most beautiful area's of Florida Cape Coral. Thank You for all the memories.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home in Cape Coral. The house was clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the lovely heated pool and also the kitchen was very well stocked and had lovely appliances. Another perk to this home was the use of the garage as we were able to unload and pack our vehicle inside out of the elements. Dwayne the property manager was fantastic he does a great job. Also would like to Thank the owners Kevin and Kelly Black for allowing us to use your beautiful home in the Cape we hope to be able to use this home in the future. Thank You
