The house is beautiful, and the condominium is awesome, but wish their customer service was better!
I contacted Casiola office by emails and phone call about an issue. The pool heater wasn't on like I requested. I emailed multiple times, including sending pictures of the heater off, but kept being told to wait 24hours for it to fully heat up. after stressful couple hours trying to get somebody to come over, gave up on using the pool.
At the end, nobody ever came to check on it, and I never got to use the house's pool.
The outside BBQ was leaking gas, but decided just to shut it off and not even try to get it replaced as talk to their office became stressful.
Beautiful house, had a good time, despite issues.

House was clean and beautiful. Pool was amazing as well along with the clubhouse pool and slides. Great customer service. Responses were immediate. Mattresses in bunk bed rooms were a bit uncomfortable and could have used more toilet paper and paper towels for 8 people.. but overall great stay! Would definitely stay again.
