About this cottage rental
This 64 m² two-story cottage has been converted into the village's former presbytery. It includes a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen and sitting area, two bedrooms upstairs (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Rated 2 épis (ears of corn), it combines simplicity and comfort with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, and gas heating. Outside, a shared courtyard, enclosed grounds, and a barbecue await you to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Pets are welcome. The cottage is adjoining.
It is possible to rent three other cottages nearby (Nos. 1118 and 1119 for 6 people, 1131, which is adjoining for 4 people) and a modular community hall (information and reservations at the town hall).
Due to a prefectural decree, snow equipment is mandatory. The L'Arnica gîte accommodates up to 4 people for a peaceful stay in a mountain village. You'll discover a charming stone house nestled in a natural setting.
Nestled between the Auvergne and Rhône-Alpes regions, La Chambonie is a little corner of paradise for lovers of the great outdoors.
From the gîte, head out on foot along the marked trails of the Forez massif, discovering peaceful forests and breathtaking panoramas. In winter, the cross-country ski trails at the Col de la Loge (7 km away) promise sporty moments on snowshoes or sledding with the kids. Anglers can indulge their passion just a few hundred meters away. This destination is also ideal for families or groups of riders wishing to explore the region on horseback, with facilities designed to accommodate them.
