About this house rental
The gîte named "les Ducs" has a capacity of 8 people maximum, on a surface of 110 m2.
This is, in fact, the old stable, which we have completely renovated;
an enlargement was also carried out very recently in order to add an additional room to the gîte.
It combines the charm of old stones with all modern comfort.
This cottage has 3 bedrooms with 140 beds (for 2 people), to which is added the newly furnished room, which thus offers additional sleeping for 2 people. This room of around 30 m2, with a warm and comfortable character accentuated by the wood paneling of the walls on the ceiling, is a real room in its own right, with its own bathroom, a large sliding door allowing it to be completely isolated from the rest of the House. The convertible sofa allows you to transform it into a living room, when you want.
Our furnished gite therefore includes 4 double beds with 2 bathrooms with incorporated toilets; the living room includes 2 sofas, including a convertible, with a flat screen TV, receiving TNT.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find ceramic hobs, a multi-function oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, etc. On the other hand, the cottage has a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.
You can take advantage of a wood pellet fireplace, located in the main room; it is supplemented by electric heating in the other rooms of the rental.
Outside, you have a terrace in an enclosed courtyard, which includes garden furniture and deckchairs, not to mention the barbecue!
