La ubicación es estratégica, es muy seguro el sector, puedes andar con celular en la calle. Los conserjes estan 24/7, para abrir el acceso. Reciben correspondencia sin problema. Agua caliente y ventilador bueno.
Como criticas constructivas..Colocarle mas cariño a la cocina y limpieza. Hay enceres y electrónicos deteriorados.

No hubo desayuno por ser departamento estudio.
Los utesnsilios sucios. Ollas sin lavar bien. Cajones donde van los cubiertos no del todo limpio. Los cubiertos sucios. El parqué del piso roto en la entrada. La chica me dejó impecable el departamento. baño mucha limpieza el departamento en general. Solo esos detalles. habia un solo vaso como descuidado. Igual el precio por ubicacion bien .
