Quiet and private four bedroom space situated in our 2,500 tree peach orchard. Four bedrooms with new furnishings for your comfort. Full kitchen, laundry, gym, office space, grass yard, large porch and balcony area. Private off road parking for all sized vehicles and trailers (horses welcome). Palisade wine tours, dining, festivals, biking, hiking and running within one mile. Skiing, Rafting, The Grand Mesa , Colorado National Monument and Fruita Mountain Biking within thirty minutes.

Everything was fantastic. We spent most of our time at wineries but had a wonderful time in the yard playing corn hole. We will be staying again.
