We stayed at Hotel Limanaki in Ammouliani for two nights and, overall, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel's owner was an absolutely lovely person—kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel comfortable and was always willing to help if we needed anything. She even called after our departure to thank us for staying, which was a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. The room was clean, the towels and facilities were well maintained, and the sea view was beautiful. The room was on the smaller side, but it was perfectly adequate for a short stay. The location was excellent, and the peaceful atmosphere made our visit very enjoyable. I would happily stay here again because of the owner, the cleanliness, the location, and the beautiful view.

The reason I am not giving a higher rating is the booking process. After making my reservation, I received confirmation that it had been accepted, but no clear instructions on how to pay the required 25% deposit. The following morning, before I had received any payment details, I received an email warning that my reservation might be cancelled because the deposit had not been paid. When I called for clarification, the person handling reservations repeatedly told me to "read the first email" and was unwilling to explain where the payment information could be found. I carefully checked all the emails and could not find the details we needed. The conversations felt rushed, dismissive, and unhelpful. She was rude and unprofessional in every way possible. She even told me to cancel if I did not like the process. Only later did I receive the bank details. Unfortunately, the account holder's name was not provided correctly, which caused problems when trying to make the transfer because the bank could not match the name to the account. I tried calling again to clarify the issue several times, but my calls were not answered. This entire process created unnecessary stress before our holiday and was disappointing, especially because the hospitality we experienced once we arrived was the complete opposite. The owner was wonderful and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel is at a perfect location where you have access to everything(beaches, town center, taverns, etc. ) pretty easily. It has private parking that is pretty convenient as well.

Before we arrived we needed to transfer a deposit for our stay. When we got there we had to pay the rest. They don't have a POS terminal so it was either cash or a bank transfer again. We opted for a bank transfer. The transfer did not arrive by the end of our stay - we provided all the necessary proof of payment etc, but their bank did not confirm receiving anything. We were being pushed every single day to contact our bank and tell them the money has to be there in the afternoon (or else...) That absolutely destroyed any relaxation that might have occurred, not to mention they even almost walked in on us(you know... Young family... Away from the kids for a while...) Finally, we had to pay cash AS WELL. and currently, our accommodation costs nearly twice as much as it should, because "their bank did not receive anything". Hopefully, I will be able to dispute that transfer, but I am not holding my breath. Throughout the whole stay, they did not change our sheets or towels, claiming they explained that we need to ask for a change. Which isn't shared beforehand. Edit: We finally got our money back. Something went wrong somewhere along the lines and the transfer took 18 days to arrive. We got it back immediately after, so kudos to the owners.
