Aguacate Ioni with heated private swimming pool

We had an amazing stay at this villa and can highly recommend it. First of all, a big thank you to Tasos and Vicky. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and always easy to reach via WhatsApp. They responded very quickly and gave us great tips for restaurants, supermarkets, taxi services and even helped us arrange a fantastic private boat trip. They really care about their guests and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. The villa itself is beautiful, modern and very well maintained. One thing that really stood out was the daily housekeeping. Every day the villa was cleaned and everything looked perfect again. It honestly felt like hotel service. The private pool was always clean and a great place to relax. We also loved how much privacy the garden offered. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly in every room and the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the BBQ several times and really enjoyed eating outside. The location was perfect for us. It’s just outside the busy centre of Tsilivi, so it’s nice and quiet but still within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach. Having a supermarket right across the road was also very convenient, especially with our daughters who could easily grab a drink or a snack. We stayed here as a family with older children and it was the perfect place for us. Everyone had their own space and everything we needed was close by. A special thank you to Tasos, Vicky and the housekeeping team for making our holiday so enjoyable. The Greek hospitality was amazing and really made the difference. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone visiting Zakynthos. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday! 🇬🇷☀️

Nothing we didn’t like

Immaculate villa. Beautiful spacious outside area. Location easy for airport and visiting other parts of this wonderful island. Lots of amenities, cafes, small supermarkets, and restaurants in walking distance, beach 20 minutes on foot. However, the highlight for us was the advice and attention from our helpful hosts, Tasos and Vicky, who were so friendly and made our stay super easy. Nothing was too much trouble.

No criticism from us.

Everything about this place is so well thought out, from the ample areas to sit and enjoy the sunshine to the little gift box and water in the fridge on arrival. We travelled as a young family and there was a good quality high chair and cot for our stay, along with a microwave for sterilising bottles. The hosts arranged a free airport transfer service for us which had a car seat available for our baby which was great. The house and pool area was immaculate and cleaned every day. The location was the icing on the cake, so much to do and so many places to eat in the little village which was about a 10min walk away. We had an amazing time here on our family holiday and would definitely come back again! Thank you so much!

The property was absolutely immaculate, modern and private. The owner was a very kind person who. Couldn’t do enough for you. Just what we required for our stay. 5 star all the way. Highly recommend this property for couples and families.
