We travel often and have stayed in many beautiful properties over the years, but Beachfront Palio Damnoni truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the pristine condition of the home — absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. It felt luxurious yet warm and welcoming at the same time.
The amenities were above and beyond anything we’ve experienced in a holiday rental. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the comfort level was exceptional. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped to a very high standard, and every space felt carefully curated for relaxation and enjoyment.
The location and view are unbeatable. Waking up to the sound of the sea and those breathtaking panoramic views every single day felt surreal. The peacefulness and privacy of the property made it the perfect escape — quiet, tranquil and incredibly relaxing, yet still close enough to explore the surrounding beaches and villages. The view alone deserves 5 stars; absolutely stunning from sunrise to sunset.
What made our stay even more special was the feeling of complete serenity this place offers. It’s rare to find a property that is both luxurious and genuinely calming. You can tell the hosts truly care about creating an unforgettable experience for their guests.
Without hesitation, this is one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone considering booking. A true hidden gem in Crete — we already cannot wait to return!

In-person welcome was great, and the host even offered to help with coordinating a fix for a flat tire we suffered on the way there.
