Расположение, удобное бесконтактное заселение, отзывчивый персонал, довольно просторная, наличие необходимой мебели и бытовой техники.
Квартира уставшая, особенно санузел: побитый кафель, ванна, раковина в пятнах. Неприятный запах во всей квартире.

Overall great experience! Owner is very kind and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and the view is just unparalleled! Will return for repeat stay for sure.
It was not stated that payment had to be in cash in person. Check-in had to be coordinated with owner in order to settle payment and collect keys. Everything is in local language which is not very useful for foreigners.
