Completely bad, there was no clear information, we have to wait more than 2 hours to get the information how to get the keys. We were going to cancel it but there were some people living same building helping us to locate the host, NEVER reply to our calls. Finally, we contact Booking.com where a nice lady helps us to find out how to get the keys. Very bad experience after we had a long flight. The apartment was very good, location, space, Wi-Fi. But the worse part was to contact the host who never reply, to find the steps to locate the keys and the code for the lock.
As I explained the location and apartment was very good, unfortunately, the host never reply our several calls, and we had to wait more than 2 hours to locate the keys. Thanks to some residents in the same building and a lady from booking.com who helped us to find out the lock and the keys.

The host is very responsive to messages and helpful. It was very clean and tidy and had all the basics you would need. The beds were super comfy. The TV was smart, and the Internet connection was good. The security guard of the building was really helpful. Location is close to many facilities and the airport. Smooth check-in. Really enjoyed my stay.

Very nice apartment, very close to airport (5 minutes) beds are very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need.
