Clean and basic. Great location. Not for tall or handicapped guests. Confirm pets before booking.

It was very clean! The location is wonderful. Close to skiing, hiking, running, and langlaufen. There is a restaurant behind the building and a ski shop next door. There is also a bakery and coffee house around the corner.

There are several flights of stairs. It is important to confirm whether a pet is allowed in advance and to confirm the room number of the apartment. It is important for tall people to know that this apartment has very low doorways. The room with single beds is about waist high.

Beautiful apartment near ski lifts and cross-country skiing and hiking paths.

This apartment is in a wonderful ski and hiking area of the Oberengardin. Next to classical skiing and snow boarding, family members made use of the fantastic opportunities of cross-country skiing in this area as well as ski touring. The older family members had fun hiking at the wonderful trails in Surlej, Muottos Muragl and other areas in the neighborhood. In principle this area has all you need to enjoy the outdoors. The communication with the landlady was very easy going. The mailing system via booking.com worked perfectly. In addition, we used WhatsApp to communicate. Due to the Covid restrictions, the group using the house before us, could not come and we had indicated that we would like to add an additional day at the beginning. We thus could extend our time in Surlej.

The description of the kitchen appliances could be updated. The coffee maker was not filter paper but capsule based. Due to the difficulties between capsule brands, we were not able to get the correct capsules. The coffee maker is a Lavazzo based machine. None of the supermarkets in the neighborhood had these currently available. There are still two stovetop espresso (Moka) pots present which always work. Fortunately for us, our daughter came a couple of days later and brought a filter-based coffee maker with her.

Wir werden diese Wohnung für e-Biker mit PW nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung an guter Lage.

Parkplatzsituation für den Pw nicht optimal, da kein reservierter Platz vorhanden. Unbefriedigend die Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere teuren e-Bikes, sie mussten draussen abgestellt werden, eine Lade- möglichkeit für die Akkus war nicht vorhanden. Das SRF Programm konnte nicht empfangen werden, da die ent- sprechende Karte fehlte. Bei einem so hohen Preis (ca. 1500.-- inkl. Übernachtungssteuer) erwarten wir einen klar besseren Service!

Trotz der beschriebenen Nachteile eine angenehme Ferienwohnung im wunderschönen Oberengadin

- Sehr nah an der Corvatsch-Talstation bzw. zum nächsten Schlepplift. - Wohn- und Schlafzimmer großzügig und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet - in der Küche nahezu alles vorhanden, was man braucht - größere Menge an Espressokapseln wurden zur Verfügung gestellt - sonniger Balkon mit Bergblick - die Gastgeberin hat uns einen Preisnachlass gegeben, weil wir die Wohnung an einem Tag nicht in Anspruch genommen haben

- die Gastgeberin schien etwas unter Zeitdruck, so dass die Einweisung in die Wohnung nur kurz war (wobei wir einen Tag später anreisen mussten, so dass seitens der Gastgeberin Flexibilität notwendig war) - entgegen der Beschreibung war keine Kaffeemaschine, sondern eine Espressomaschine vorhanden. Kaffee konnte zwar per Hand gebrüht werden, aber die Kaffeekanne hielt den Kaffee nicht lange warm (eine Thermoskanne war nicht vorhanden). Wir hätten die verbrauchten Espressokapseln gerne ersetzt - leider fanden wir weder bei Volg noch bei Coop diese speziellen Espressokapseln (für Lavazza-Espressomaschinen) - das zweite Schlafzimmer ist wegen des sehr niedrigen Zugangs und der Dachschräge über den Betten eigentlich nur für Kinder geeignet - eine Einweisung in TV und W-lan musste wegen des von uns vermuteten Zeitdrucks der Gastgeberin ausfallen. Es dauerte deshalb einige Zeit, bis wir herausfanden, wie das alles funktionierte (eine schriftliche Beschreibung lag nicht vor) - trotz der (lt. Beschreibung) Schallisolierung war der Verkehr, der zur Corvatsch-Talstation führte, für unser Empfinden dennoch störend zu hören. Auch innerhalb des Hauses hörte man die anderen Nachbarn.

Appartement confortable à la situation idéale

L'appartement est situé sud-ouest au dernier étage (sans ascenseur) d'un petit bâtiment et est très bien aménagé pour deux personnes. Le coucher du soleil se voit (presque) depuis le balcon plein ouest. La cuisine est petite et bien équipée. Le salon-salle à manger est très confortable et lumineux. La chambre à coucher est spacieuse et le lit confortable. Il y a une toute petite chambre moins bien chauffée, qui peut convenir pour de jeunes enfants. L'appartement est bien chauffé et situé à 5min à pied des pistes de ski de fond. La propriétaire nous a remis les clés à notre arrivée. C'était très pratique. Il y a une place de parc extérieure gratuite à côté du bâtiment.

Malheureusement l'insonorisation du bâtiment est quasiment nulle et l'on entend beaucoup les voisins des appartements adjacents et les bruits de la cage d'escalier. Et si les personnes écoutent de la musique un peu fort... tout le monde en profite.

Die Lage im Ort.ist sehr gut, Busanbindung optimal, Restaurant gegenüber. Wohn und Esszimmer groß und hell mit Ausblick ,. Bidet und Bad ok. Küche recht gut ausgestattet

Es gab kein zweites Schlafzimmer, nur eine Abstellkammer mit zwei Betten. Keine Stehhöhe für Erwachsene, man kann den Raum nur in gebückter Haltung betreten und stösst sich regelmässig den Kopf. Es gibt keinen Schrank, die Kleidung kann nicht untergebracht werden.. Teppichboden wellt sich. Kein Mülleimer vorhanden
