El primer piso tiene una tinaja y parrilla para asado muy práctico, solo se debe sellar la tinaja en el fondo porque sale agua y hay que secar
El calefont no funcionaba bien y la ducha no tenía antideslizante, lo cual lo hacía muy resbaloso. La ducha tenía un mal olor como a desagüe tapado.

Esta bien equipado el lugar respecto a utensilios de cocina Tiene buena vista al lago y excelente terraza para esta época (veraniega) del año La tinaja es un plus que se valora mucho
Algunos aspectos de mejora o recomendaciones son: - La presión de agua no permite que dos personas se duchen al mismo tiempo, por tanto, hay que turnarse - En las duchas de los baños hace falta algún piso antideslizante para evitar riesgo de caídas o accidentes - Ojala hubiese utensilios de aseos básicos tales como: paño de esponja multiuso, papel higiénico de repuesto - La parrilla es buena pero no se podía subir o bajar con el sistema que tiene
