Lovely staff, made it feel like home

Room was right by the bathroom and bed was quite hard

The staff were very nice and the location was ideal

Unfortunately the shower didn’t work however the issue was sorted promptly

The location was good and central but that was really it. First, they try to charge us 240soles on a 191 reservation: we refused and paid 200, which was still more than it should have been. Our room couldn’t be lock from the inside, which was problematic considering they have some very questionable long term guests/employees that stay there. So be careful. One of the bed was unusable, the sheets were dirty and after our check out we noticed that they did not change them(we stayed here 5DAYS!!!). Also they check us in 1 hour late and wanted us to leave 30mins earlier then the time stated on bookings. They literally bang at the door at 10.30 asking us to leave, like we were some squatters.

The room was super bright, it had lots of windows and useless thin colorful curtains. The kitchen worked well and had all needed. I would just go somewhere else, it’s as cheap as any other place on Arequipa.
