the property itself is clean and fine. location is fine as it was what it was, a ski chalet used for summer holiday accommodation.

when booking the accommodation, I did not receive any reminder about the bedding and towels would be extra cost and how much that would be. if I had known, I would have made a different decision on where to stay. On the day I arrived, I was sent a message by the staff asking how many sets of beddings and towels I wanted to hire, they are NOK 190 per set. I went back to the booking and still couldn’t find any mention of paying extra for the beddings etc. eventually, I was sent an image of the list of facilities inside the booking where it said bedding and towels (extra fees) but still no mention of how much they were. if you want to find it, like myself, having booked it on the app, it is in the list of facilities in the property in a link that is not obvious to the guest. I explained this was a surprise and hope they could help to waive the fee but was just told no I must pay if I want beddings and towels. I have no problem with paying as long as it is clear that accommodation does not include beddings and I need to pay extra. the fact that the information is hard to access and no where to be found during booking has tarnished my experience with this property. I hope the management of this place take this on board and make it clear before booking.
