Nice place to stay.

The apartment was a good size and comfortable to stay in. The kitchen had most utilities. It was missing a kettle and toaster. The TV had access to streaming channels which was great as the weather wasn't great while we were there. The pool area was nice and kept clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We didn't have a car and the apartment is located further from town than we realized. About a 40 min walk from the historic centre. It was difficult to get Ubers. Ideal place to stay if you have a form of transport with you.

Great and comfortable.stay

We stayed for 2 nights with our kids while exploring Paraty and beaches around. Very comfortable and modern apartments with close proximity to Paraty (by car) or beaches. Hotel has a nice pool and all is kept very clean and tidy... We will definitely stay again and would recommend this place to others....

Foi boa, porém poderia ter gerador e aquecimento solar, falta de energia lá é frequente.

A localização é ótima. Atendimento foi incrível.

A limpeza do piso não estava adequada, encontrei cabelo na cozinha mesa e no micro-ondas, o piso estava grudando precisei lavar eu mesmo com detergente e produto de limpeza que comprei, o atendimento justificou dizendo que é devido ao clima do local, porém após lavar ficou perfeito. O sofá cama está bem usado e acredito estar na hora de substituir, pois se a proposta é para alguém dormir como foi o caso a experiência não foi boa. A cama de casal do quarto é perfeita. Para ter acesso ao banheiro é necessário passar pelo quarto o que tira a privacidade de quem está no quarto, portanto se for casal já atentem para esse detalhe. Houve falta de energia no local por mais de 24h o que inviabilizou a recarga de celular e banho que teve que ser frio e os produtos de geladeira estragaram, vejo a necessidade de um gerador na propriedade e aquecimento do chuveiro a gas ou aquecimento solar resolveria o problema.

Wi-Fi infelizmente muito ruim e muito necessário por ficarmos em uma região sem sinal 5g. Alem disso, o único banheiro fica dentro do quarto. Em um grupo de mais de três pessoas, torna-se um pouco mais invasivo. Para um casal é excelente.

O Flat não fica perto do Centro histórico. Mas como estávamos de carro, não foi problema. Apto ótimo, confortável, amplo, muito limpo. Tem geladeira, forninho, micro, condicionadores de ar funcionando muito bem. Recepção ótima, prestativa. Piscina bacana para as crianças. Olha, é muito bom! Organizado, em meio à natureza e limpo! Vimos alguns bichinhos na região, gostamos bastante. E pra mim o mais importante: pegamos o apto do Piso superior e não tinha mofo. Já havíamos ficado outras vezes em Paraty e o mofo é um problema em algumas pousadas.

Quando chegamos percebemos que a dona do apto que mora no apto de baixo fez cara feia por conta dos nossos pets. O marido dela percebeu e tentou desfazer a má impressão. Eles cobram R$50/ pet durante a estadia. O principal de Paraty é o passeio de escuna, se estás com pets, e eles são bravos, considere levá-los pois o passeio é longo (nós não sabíamos que podia levar pet, mas havia um cachorrinho no barco - bom perguntar pro dono da escuna se pode) O banheiro é na suíte, então tem que passar pelo quarto de casal para acessar o banheiro. Há uma ampla área de serviço que poderia ser transformado em banheiro / área de serviço facilmente. Outra questão foi que, no primeiro dia, os edredons não tiveram condições de uso, cheiro de mofo de muito tempo guardado. No dia seguinte pedimos ao proprietário do condomínio e ele trocou prontamente.

Eu gostei de tudo. Tudo bem cuidado, o meu apRtMento super limpo. E a higiene do local estava super legal. Ficamos hospedados por 5 dias e tudo. Chuveiro que tinjo. Toalha de banho limpas e roupa de cama limpíssima. E as fotos condizem com o que foi apresentado pessoalmente.

A família que cuida do local é muito gentil. O espaço é muito bom, estávamos com duas crianças pequenas e havia bastante espaço para elas brincarem. O que está na foto reflete o que oferecem. A piscina é uma boa opção. Não é pé na areia mas na realidade de Paraty se dá muito bem, rapidamente conseguimos explorar praias ao sul ou ao norte. Muitas tomadas nos cômodos. Cozinha bem aparelhada. Havia também diversaa lâmpadas de emergência.

Para o nosso gosto, o colchão de casal estava um pouco macio de mais.

Excelente para relajarse en pareja o en familia

Es un lugar para relajarse y desconectar. Es ideal si estás viajando en carro o tienes tours que te pasan a buscar desde tu hotel porque está ubicado en la entrada de Paraty. El flat es grande, eso me sorprendió mucho porque no lo esperaba tan grande. Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones. La cama es cómoda, el sofá-cama es un poco duro pero yo preferiría dormir ahí porque tenía la televisión. La piscina es ideal para disfrutar si la noche se pone cálida después de un día de tours en el mar o mañana de playa.

El único detalle es que cuando abres las ventanas se meten bichos grandes 🙈 y yo particularmente les tengo terror así que quizá podría ser una opción que las ventanas del baño y lavandería tengan esas cortinas anti zancudos- insectos para que puedas abrirlas y no entren. Es un detalle menor la verdad pero por todo lo demás, excelente calidad precio. Sorprendió.
