The size of the hotel and location near the waterfall, shopping, and places to eat. The cute little tea selection and the tea cups with the biscuit, sugar, and cream were a nice touch. BBC news was good, since we didn’t have a way to connect to English speaking TV on our trip prior to this.

Miss Torte is absolutely useless for AI assistance and we couldn’t reach the real owners because Miss Torte was our only contact. None of our questions or concerns were addressed as a result. The towels and bedding smelled very musty like they may have been washed in a machine and then dried in a very moldy location. I hated to have to dry myself or my hands after washing. The owner could have been much more specific about possible parking and rates near the apartment since street parking was not allowed at night and we spent a lot of time and felt much anxiety trying to figure out which places we could park legally and at what rates. Since we did not speak German and we’re not familiar with German customs it was more difficult for us than for some others to figure out.

The location was good very close to the waterfalls and other museums. They provide a pass, so the entrances are free. The terrace was great to have a meal or drink with nice views of the forest.

It's on the second floor with only stairs to get up and down. The wifi was unreliable, constantly coming on and off. There's only one mirror, which is not enough for a family of 4. When arriving we had to open the windows to air the place out as it was quite stale.
