Luxe Penthouse Casa Atlantica Morro Jable Sea Views By PVL

We have now stayed in Apartment 658 for the fourth time, which says everything about how much we love this place. The location is exceptional, the sea views are breathtaking, the rooftop terrace is fantastic and the apartment is spacious, bright and perfectly situated. It has been one of our favourite places to stay on Fuerteventura for many years.

Unfortunately, this was also the moment we realised that the apartment has suffered from increasing overdue maintenance. We already mentioned these issues in our review after our stay in August 2025, but unfortunately almost nothing has changed. On the day of arrival we immediately reported the same concerns via WhatsApp and later sent a detailed email. The walls behind the beds are heavily marked and need repainting, the silicone around the showers is worn and discoloured, several areas require a proper deep clean and even the broken plastic planters on the rooftop terrace have remained there for years. After our stay we were informed that Apartment 658 is the last apartment still awaiting renovation. We appreciate the explanation and sincerely hope this renovation will now finally take place, because such a beautiful apartment deserves much better care. Until the renovation and overdue maintenance have actually been completed, we have decided not to return. We say this with regret, because this has genuinely been one of our favourite places to stay.

De locatie is echt super: midden op de boulevard en de supermarkt beneden.

Alles in orde, servies en bestek zou wat meer kunnen. Bedden, matras en de kussens zijn minder…

La ubicación muy buena aunque para ir al centro del pueblo utilicé vehículo. Gran apartamento, los electrodomésticos nuevos.

Si eres una persona ya mayor que no se arregla con la informática, el chek -in muyyy complicado. La limpieza del portal y entrada al edificio sucio. El apartamento tiene grandes cristaleras, sucias. Los marcos de las puertas del siglo pasado y alguna pared rajada, al no tener cabecero las camas la pared sucia(necesita buena mano de pintura)
