From the balcony, you can watch the boats in the bayou, the birds in the pines, and gorgeous sunsets over the dunes of the Gulf Coast. You'll also be treated to on-site amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool and grilling area.
Located on the second floor of a four-story building, Grande Caribbean 103 sits across Perdido Beach Boulevard from an access point to the beach. The heart of Orange Beach is less than a quarter-mile west, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and all sorts of conveniences - from a Starbucks to a Publix and a Walgreens. You'll be right on the southeastern edge of Gulf State Park, one mile up the road from Adventure Island, and a few miles' drive from Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and other attractions on Highway 59. Great nearby restaurants include LuLu's, The Cove Bar and Grill, and Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails.

It was practically across the street from a public beach access, near Walgreens, restaurants and other things. Pool area was also nice. Unit was very clean. You have to pay to park was the downside. Bed could also use replacing as of summer 2025.

My friends and I absolutely loved the condo! The pool was awesome and the location can't be beat. We all accidentally called the condo "home" at least once during our trip. Really happy and hope to come again soon!

It was super convenient being across from the beach and it was very affordable especially compared to some of the other complexes in the area.
