A única vantagem é a proximidade da praia, mas fica longe do centro, bares e restaurantes.
O lugar é mal cuidado, cozinha com utensílios velhos, algumas panelas e chaleiras enferrujadas. Nota-se pouca preocupação com limpeza, pois é infestada de baratas. Uma dedetização regular seria importante. Os quartos são abafados, o ventilador não dá conta. Camas muito desconfortáveis e colchão com cheiro ruim. O banheiro precisa de reforma. Enfim, uma experiência não muito agradável.
