Excellent location, bed was comfortable, restaurant on-site was great for lunch and dinner.

For the restaurant being so good at lunch and dinner, they were completely the opposite for breakfast. Breakfast was, in a word, Horrible! Who eats mostaccioli or hot dogs for breakfast?! 🤢 Add to that pancakes with no syrup, very sparse bread/pastry selection, and runny scrambled eggs that looked so unappetizing that I wouldn’t even put them on my plate! Not to mention having to wait nearly ten minutes for them to bring any clean plates out in the first place! The breakfast staff needs to be fired and completely replaced. The other big negative was no safes in the rooms - that should be standard in any hotel room. Also the water dispensers they specifically told me each floor had? Well, the one on my floor was out of order, so I had to go down a floor to find some water. A clean hotel with comfortable beds in a good location, it could be so much more; you just need to work on it!

Comfortable beds and clean rooms, friendly english speaking staff. Breakfast was a big buffet but they didn't have anything gluten free and it was more of a cold buffet with limited hot options.

Breakfast could have more options and accommodate allergies better. The bar and restaurant are not open late.

Our A.C. broke and leaked all in our room in middle of the night and they ended up switching us to a smaller room . I wish they had been more accommodating an maybe gave us a discount.
