Eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, mit toller Terrasse und Blick ins Grüne. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, trotzdem in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Für Unternehmungen im Vorharz gut geeignet.

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtete ruhige Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, genau wie auf den Fotos. Tip-top ausgestattete Küche, es gibt wirklich alles. Tolle Lage in Ballenstedt. Man kann die Ruhe auf einer schönen Terrasse genießen oder ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig etwa bei Restaurants, der Touristen-Info oder einem Supermarkt. Infomaterial und Karten der Umgebung sind in der Wohnung schon deponiert. <3

Schöne modern eingerichtet Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Sehr ruhig gelegen.
Als einzige was uns gestört hat war, dass an den Terrassentüren (4Stück) keine Gardinen oder ähnliches vorhanden ist. Es gibt nur die Aussenrolladen.
