The location was great, the fireworks from Dollywood are visible from both balconies. The cabin was very clean, however it was on the older side and there was some wear. Some of light bulbs were out, the handle on the microwave was very loose, and the fans were loose as well. The host left little boxes with some essentials otherwise the cabin is pretty bare. Would stay again, will just pack a little more of the essentials.

Beautiful views! We were able to catch some fireworks coming from Dollywood. Very family friendly with the space available and games! Beds and furniture were cozy. Wish there was a way to control the temp on the hot tub, it was a little too hot, set at 105 degrees! Still usable but not for very long.

I loved the location of this cabin.. beautiful spot and views. Unfortunately, Vacasa agents mistakenly assured me there was a fitness room and the heated pool was open. The Hot Tub didn't work for the first 4 days and the second technician was able to fix the problem by installing a new heating element. I'm still waiting for the refund for broken hot tub - which should have been issued when promised. The downstairs bed needs to be replaced as it's super soft, and sinks to the bottom. April, there are carpenter bees everywhere. We had 3 nests under our porch and it was an infestation. I communicated with the local team quite a few times and she did the best she can to attend to these issues. Pool table was a good perk and occupied the kids (for a little while) since the hot tub couldn't be used.
