We had our 3rd annual cousins reunion at Casa Del Mar July 17th-July 20th. The property was amazing for ALL 13 adults in our 60's. The house was very clean, including all the bathrooms, kitchen etc. All the beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing and it's steps from the beach. We were also grateful the Vacasa Management located a few miles away allowed us to have a early check-in due to the fact that the house didn't have prior guests. Thank you so much 😂. Finally, the only thing we wished was located on the property was a gas/charcoal grill and a few more extra towels. Nonetheless, we had a fabulous stay 😂.

We take a yearly family trip with my adult children, their spouses and grandchildren. We just fit in this beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our time there. The layout was great. One thing that would have made it better was to have a larger table. We all didn't fit. Alot of places we've stayed at before have two tables. We are a game playing family, so we used the table all day and into the night after the grandchildren were in bed.
It was a wonderful week, great weather and the best people to be around!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. We could just walk down to the beach. It was perfect.

Upon arrival, our party noted that the house wasn’t super clean. There were stains all over the carpet, which was pretty gross. In the master suite bathroom, there was termite damage that was being worked on, but was not communicated to us before our stay. Another bathroom shower/tub leaked every time it was used. Several pieces of furniture throughout the house were broken/needed replaced, including the freezer door. On a positive note, the property manager was quick to respond, the location was great, and the beds were comfortable. The house was big enough for our large family, and each room having its own bathroom was really nice.
