About this house rental
Visit our gorgeous home! The house has three master bedrooms with California King beds: two on the main floor and one upstairs. The remaining two bedrooms have a California King bed and two full beds, which share the hallway bathroom. All the bathrooms have upgraded tile floors and quartz countertops. The home features beautiful hardwood floors throughout.
The main living room is spacious and open-concept. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of seating at the custom dining room table and additional seating at the kitchen island. The main living room is equipped with a 60-inch TV with a DVD player and high-speed wireless internet.
A full-size washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen. There is a second living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The home has central air and heat. The bedding in the home is Pottery Barn or equivalent quality.
Outside, guests can relax in the sparkling jacuzzi, which comfortably seats 15. There is also outdoor seating and a natural gas BBQ grill for enjoying the outdoors.
This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind
Per the city code, there is no outside noise between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Security Cameras protect the house.
Pricing includes a mandatory jacuzzi fee, jacuzzi heated to 102
All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required for booking.

The location of the home was great, close to a very nice shopping center with plenty of stores, restaurants, and other amenities. The indoor spaces, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, were clean and well maintained. However, the outdoor furniture was quite old and not comfortable to use. The pots and pans in the kitchen were old and not of good quality, which made cooking for our group of seven a bit challenging. Also, the patio alarm system was somewhat frustrating, as it would go off frequently and only allowed the door to be open for a few seconds at a time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and, with a few small improvements, this home could be an excellent choice for future visits.
