Nice Private 2 bedroom apartment minutes from Morgantown West Virginia. Great place to stay for WVU sporting events. This is an upstairs apt with numerous steps.
Just minutes from both Maryland and Pennsylvania state lines.
All new living room and kitchen furniture Sept 2025
Two bedrooms. One queen size and one full size. Ottoman also available that converts to twin size bed with nice memory foam mattress.
Pet allowed with prior approval (Dog only) but are not to be left alone at any time.
$35 pet fee per animal per stay

This was a super cute pet friendly stay. It was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfy and had lots of room for us. My only complaint was lighting to the steps could have been better but I could see the host was making lots of improvements. Will definitely stay here again.

Found this place while looking for an area to come from out of state for a friends wedding. This was perfect for me and my significant other as it was roomy, and in a quiet area! Host was very easy to communicate with and we would consider this again if visiting the area again.

The property was in a rural location in a nice neighborhood. The apartment had everything you need. Pat, the host, made sure we had everything we needed and more! Although we were only there for four nights, it is a place that would be ideal for a long term stay. Thanks Pat for your excellent communication and kindness!

The apartment was nice but wasn’t real clean and there were outside dogs that barked at all hours of the night. The location was great
