The location was our most important reason for choosing this accommodation. We needed to be close to the hospital for my husband to be treated for a week.
The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped.
The TV didn't work. The lounge seating was uncomfortable and not easy for seniors to get out of.
The fridge door handle was broken off and
one of the blinds didn't go down.
There were a total of 18 emails from first enquiry to leaving this accommodation. We have travelled a lot and never been asked to prove our id. As a pensioner I found this extremely difficult as my husband has cancer and very sick.
