The home is situated is in East Nashville and 4 miles from downtown Broadway. Your group can split a Uber or Lyft and be on Broadway in minutes. Close to Top Golf, Bridgestone, Nissan Stadium, 5 Points, and more. We are minutes from everything great about Nashville.
📝 GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes, and more. During registration, you’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).
📜 HOUSE RULES
These are all no-brainers but we don’t want any confusion, so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
💸 OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
• $249 / pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets). Pets cannot be left unattended. This applies to ADA and service animals as well.
⚠️ MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details prior to booking.
🚫 We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50-mile radius.
📹 SECURITY CAMERAS:
Stay Minty properties may be equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells.

In a Stay Minty home, you’ll always find our bathrooms stocked with everything you need to get squeaky clean including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Get your caffeine fix each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We’ve even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.
📦 SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

**Note: Age Requirement and Security Deposit Policy
Guests under the age of 25 are required to provide a $750 security deposit or proof of damage insurance prior to check-in.
This policy is in place to ensure the protection and care of our properties. The deposit will be fully refundable after checkout, pending inspection and confirmation that no damages occurred during the stay.

Our overall stay here was great it was perfect for the amount of people we had. We had some small issues with the tv but the hosts responded quick and helped fix the problem easily.

Good stay at the townhouses. 2nd floor shower in 27 didn’t drain right and the tv in living room regularly turned off and said we weren’t signed in. Maybe add ceiling fans in the master. Overall a good stay

We celebrated my daughters 30th with a group of family and friends and the property was perfect for our Nashville stay. The decor is so cute and fun and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had an issue with the master bathroom showers (no water pressure in one and the tub didn’t drain in the other). The gate to leave the property as a pedestrian was a little tricky. Overall a positive experience!

Stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was a great place for a big group of people, having two houses allowed space for those who wanted to get away. Had a little trouble with wifi and check in, but thanks to the great communication we were able to get on it. I would highly recommend to those considering
