A localização é boa.
Pegamos uma forte chuva na primeira madrugada e tivemos alguns focos de goteira pela casa. A administradora prometeu arrumar. Tivemos que pedir vassoouras e panos de chão. A casa é confortável para duas pessoas, mais que isso fica pequena. E a falta de cortina faz com que você se levante muuuuuito cedo (isso pode ser bom ou ruim!)
